Up to 70% TCO Savings with Cloud Computing

Cloud Computing may reduce TCO by almost 70% according to recent IBM's survey. The concept of cloud computing uses Web 2.0 and software as a service (SaaS) to give its users scalable and virtual IT services including hardware and software. The users do not need to have deep knowledge of computing infrastructure, and don't have to control their companies' computer systems. Cloud computing is the next logical step to build upon grid computing, automatic computing, and other recent trends in the IT industry. Even small companies, like independent software manufacturers and service providers, will not need to spend money on their hardware or dedicated IT personnel when cloud computing is implemented.
